TRIVAD offers various types of training: everything from a basic knowledge transfer to offsite or onsite classroom training to refresher training for the experienced end user. To get the most out of your purchase, training is always highly recommended. Training is offered in the following areas:

Basic Hardware and Software Purchases

TRIVAD includes basic training with every solution. Whether it's a simple and brief overview of a tape library or a storage array, or quick instruction on software or server configurations, basic knowledge transfer is always included with every TRIVAD purchase.

Classroom Based Training

For IT departments dealing with unfamiliar products and technologies, classroom based training is available. Classroom training can be either onsite or offsite depending on the solution.

Knowledge Refresh Training

Technology changes rapidly. So for the experienced IT department TRIVAD offers single or multi-day refresher training, performed either onsite or offsite. These courses highlight basic features and new feature sets for current software and hardware products.
