PROFESSIONAL SERVICES — Training
A solution is not complete without some level of knowledge transfer or training. TRIVAD offers a number of different training types, everything from a basic knowledge transfer to offsite or onsite classroom training. TRIVAD also offers a refresher-training course for the experienced end user. Training can be on any or all of the following:
Basic Hardware and/or Software Purchases
With every solution TRIVAD engineers, a basic training is always included. Whether it's a simple and brief overview of a tape library or a disk sub system or even some quick instruction on software, basic knowledge transfer is always included with every TRIVAD solution.
Onsite and/or Offsite Classroom Based Training.
For the inexperienced user, classroom based training is also available. Classroom training can be either on or off site depending on the solution. In order for an end user to efficiently utilize a TRIVAD solution, training is always highly recommended.
Refresher Training — On or Offsite
Technology changes very rapidly, so for the experienced user TRIVAD offers 1-2 day refresher training courses that highlight basic features and new updated feature sets for current software solutions.
